My services
I run a range of sessions to accommodate all levels of babywearing experience, so no matter whether you're a novice or already gaining confidence, you will find something here that can support you and your baby.
The Carry Community Playgroup
Join us on Tuesday afternoons at The Claines Church Institute for The Carry Community Playgroup. These drop-in sessions are the perfect opportunity to meet local parents and receive support with slings and carriers, cloth nappies, infant sleep, infant feeding and starting solids.

The Carry Community Playgroup is run by myself, Lisa (trained and experienced sling consultant and in infant feeding and holistic sleep support, founder of The Carrying Midwife) and Sarah of Green Moon Community (trained in sling and feeding peer support and coordinator for the Worcestershire Nappy Library). We designed these sessions to be the perfect combination of a traditional sling library, cloth nappy library, infant sleep and feeding support group and stay and play session to provide guidance and support in a relaxed and friendly environment. So come and join us for a hot drink and snack and join our community of like-minded parents and caregivers.

Sessions are bookable with an optional donation towards running costs to allow accessibility for all, suggested donation of £5 if affordable!
Sling Library
With the Carrying Midwife
Feel free to bring along your own carrier or try one from our huge library of different types of wraps, slings and carriers for you to try and rent (subject to availability). I also provide fit-checks to help you feel confident with your chosen carrier.

Nappy Library
With Green Moon Community
Reusable nappies can be a confusing area to navigate for new parents. With so many options for different types and styles of cloth nappies, it can be tricky to know where to start. That's why we stock a large range of nappies for demos and hire, to help you find the best fit for you and your baby.
Infant feeding
and sleep
Peer support and advice
Lisa and Sarah are here to support you with what can be the hardest part of early parenthood: eating and sleeping. If you have any questions or concerns, this is the place to receive support in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Stay and play
With hot drinks and snacks
for grownups
We want you to feel like you are part of a supportive community of like-minded parents when you attend these sessions. This is why we provide the grownups with tea, coffee, snacks and a chance to connect with other caregivers and a soft play area for the little ones to explore and enjoy.
